After you place your order, please give us 1-3 business days to work our magic and sketch your adorable pet!

Once you give a thumbs-up to the mock-up, we'll get started crafting your necklace, which will take another 1-3 business days.

Then, it’s off to its new home, arriving at your doorstep in 3-5 business days!

So a total of 5-11 business days since the day you ordered.

We use DHL Express or FedEx to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely!

If your parcel gets lost along the way, don’t worry—we’ll send you a new necklace at no extra cost!
